Quite simply, for $200, you're not getting anything close to perfection. While I understand that a compass, barometer, and thermometer are not even close to accurate when worn on a wrist, it wasn't until I realized how much I spent on something that isn't perfect, that I realized how ridiculous it is to own something like this. I needed a watch to replace my G-Shock that finally gave out. Im active outdoors, and for some reason, I thought this would be a nice thing to own. In the end, whats the point? None of the features can be relied upon.

I bought this as a weekender, but it's almost my favorite watch. It's simple to operate -- has all the basic features without having to go through multiple nested functions just to use a feature. Very accurate, as measured against my atomic wall clock. It's large enough to be easy to read but very light - you hardly know you have it on. Easy to read at night with the illuminator feature. One note, the band is a bit large - mine's in the last notch and it's still a bit loose. It's hard to imagine better value for the money. got this watch on sale at sears for around 25$ i needed an alarm but hate the all digital watches and couldn't afford an all analog watch with alarm and chrono so i got this. casio makes way more analog/digital combo watches that any other maker. this watch is fantastic, large buttons..(small buttons are worthless for my big sausage fingers) :) simple digital functions, you got the time on top then month,day and day of week on bottom. then alarm, stopwatch and a second timezone if you need that on bottom instead of the date..illuminator blue light lights up analog and digital display.. if i could change one thing i would give this watch a super scratch resistant crystal like the really expensive watches because after a few years you get scuffs if your not careful but all in all the best watch for my needs around this price range. As a member of a trauma and code blue team, I find that the timekeeping abilities of this watch are priceless. Not only does it keep perfect time, but the readouts are extremely easy and convenient to read. It's a fairly big watch on my small arm, but that doesn't bother me at all. In fact, I get so many compliments on it everywhere I go, and several people I know have said they're going to get one, too. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that there is a bit of steel on the back of it that digs into my skin, and I generally have a big red divet on my arm after wearing it for a 12-hour shift.
