My daughter, a young Naval officer, requested this watch for Christmas. She was ecstatic when she received it. She described this as the best of this type of watch. She will be using this in her duties for the Navy, but also when she is performing personal exercise training for herself and to keep in shape for the physical testing required by the Navy. I briefly attempted to set the time on it so it would be functioning when she opened the gift, but, being technically challenged, I left that to her. When I mentioned that to her she said she did have to read the instruction book to understand how to use all the functions. After reading the instruction booklet she felt confident that she was able to use all the functions on the watch.
